How do I change my password?

If you wish to change your password you can do this via My Dotpost on the web app.

  1. Go to My Dotpost > My Security
  2. Enter your new password
  3. You will be asked to confirm it.
  4. You will need to answer your security questions.
  5. Enter your existing password to confirm the change (and so Dotpost can check it is you).
  6. Your password has now been changed.
