I have forgotten my password. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your password then follow the forgot your password? link on the login screen. 

This will take you through the password reset process.

  • Enter your email address that is registered with Dotpost

this will be the email address that any Dotpost notification emails are sent to. 


  • You will get a confirmation screen letting you know that the email has been sent.
  • Check your email inbox.
  • Click the link in the Password Reset Confirmation email. This will take you to the Set a New Password screen.
  • Enter a new password and confirm.
  • Answer your security question.
  • Click Finish.
  • The password changed screen will appear.
  • Your password has now been changed.
