Notational Syntax

The following notational syntax is used throughout the Help Centre.

• Links are denoted like this Dotpost Overview‍ 
  • clicking on the highlighted link will open that article in a new tab
• Steps within the product are denoted using ">"
  • Example:  My Dotpost > My Security means select My Dotpost from the Menu and then select My Security.

Contacting your Sender

Dotpost allows a sender to deliver documents to you. You cannot reply via Dotpost. If you wish to contact your sender you must do this using other methods.
